Rough day

Got into a wreck yesterday Thank God it wasn’t that bad. I went to the hospital my blood pressure was very high so they prescribed blood pressure medication 😑. I don’t even take meds so this is very different for me I started them yesterday it didn’t make me feel bad, but today when I took one I had the worst headache. After cooking today I had to lay down thought that would help, but it didn’t. I took my BP again it’s going down, I also took a Tylenol my headache is starting to fade away. I hope it gets better soon.
